Postsecondary Career Consultants offers a package geared specifically towards these students and families – a package that takes advantage of our consultants’ depth of experience, knowledge, and connections at various schools in the region.

 

The Local & Regional Advising Package offers expert college advising to students applying to any of the following schools: University of Florida, University of Miami, FIU, and the Florida College System 

 

With this package, students receive assistance that covers the most frequent areas of concern: essay development, resume development, interview coaching, financial aid, and more.

• Get a custom review of student strengths, challenges, interests, hobbies, extracurriculars, awards and more to help shape your applications

• Make a statement with your personal essay with professional essay writing advice

• Make sure you maximize all of the financial aid awards,CSS Profile, scholarships, and grants with FAFSA with monthly newsletter support.

• Prepare to score highly on the SAT/ACT with standardized testing resources and planning advisement.

• College Decision Review

• Evaluation of available standardized test scores and high school transcript.

• Recommendations for Summer Research, Internship, Passion Project Ideas.

• Creation of College List narrowing down choices by identifying, target, reach, and likely schools.

• Email Etiquette and Resume Writing

• Wait List or deferral support(if needed)
